Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Specialist
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana and holds a PhD in Biomedical Statistics. She has completed the ESPEN Diploma in Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism and holds the academic title of Assistant Professor.
She currently works at Valdoltra Orthopaedic Hospital and is the co-founder of SportMed+Rehab. Previously, she worked at the University Rehabilitation Institute Soča. She lectures at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Primorska and the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana.
Her work focuses on sports rehabilitation, clinical sports nutrition, and energy availability in athletes. She collaborates with numerous athletes across different sports disciplines and is an active speaker at national and international conferences.
