The sponsorship amount does not include the exhibition equipment (partition walls, desks, chair, other), design and printing of advertisements. The webpage links will be established from the day the first sponsorship instalment has been paid until the last day of the congress.



OTHER SPONSORSHIP ITEMS
PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL IN CONGRESS BAGS:

Interested companies can insert a leaflet or brochure into the congress bags.

EXHIBITION

The commercial exhibition will accompany the symposium. The exhibition is held in the exhibition hall.
Allocation of space will be treated as a first-come first-served basis (except for “level” sponsors). Organiser reserves the right to alter the location of the booth requested by the exhibitor without previous notice.

SATELLITE SYMPOSIUM / WORKSHOP

The organiser offers opportunity for several satellite symposia and workshops with a 30 minutes duration each on Thursday November 6 and on Friday November 7, to be held in the plenary hall during lunch, after the official scientific programme. Satellite symposium price includes:

  • Plenary hall rental
  • Sound amplification, two microphones, video projection
  • Announcement in the final programme (title, organiser)
  • Sponsor can publish own programme

Preference in the choice of the time/hour is given to the major sponsors. Satellite symposium programme must be submitted and approved by Scientific Committee.

PAYMENT POLICY

All rates in the Invitation for sponsors and exhibitors exclude 22% statutory VAT, which is obligatory to pay by applying companies. The rates listed are the subject to the European VAT laws. If payment is not received by congress organisers in due time sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for the problems that may occur. All confirmations will be sent after deposit is paid.

All the payments must be executed upon receipt of an invoice.

Deadline for payment of:

  • Sponsors - until May 31, 2025

Our hospital was founded in 1909 as a sanatoryum for bone diseases for the Austro-Hungarian Empire. After World War I it was renovated by the American Red Cross. In 1920 it was taken over by the Italian Red Cross and after WW II Valdoltra became part of Yugoslavian health systeme. It turned to orthopaedics and in early 1961 was renamed Valdoltra Orthopaedic Hospital.
