Assist. Dr. Rok Vatovec holds a master’s degree in kinesiology
and a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. He works as a teacher and researcher at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Primorska. He has published several scientific research articles in the field of muscle injury prevention and mechanical loading of the lower back. During his doctoral studies, he actively participated in numerous international scientific conferences both in Slovenia and abroad. His teaching and professional work is primarily focused on exercise therapy, with an emphasis on the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
