Uroš Vovk has over 20 years of experience in medical engineering, industrial automation,
and university research. His Phd research was in MRI image correction algorithms. Later on he worked in industry, focusing on software and hardware development, novel image processing algorithms, real-time medical tracking systems, augmented reality and industrial vision inspection.
In the last years he was involved in bringing these technologies into orthopaedics applications through development of tools for 3D surgery planning, electromagnetic navigation and personalized guides.
